2023 Outdoor Photo of the Year

I was lucky enough to have my shot from Angelus Hut selected as the Wilderness Mag Outdoor Photo of the Year! I'm absolutely blown away with this, and I don't think I've stopped smiling since I received the news!
The night I took this was a solid solo mission up along Robet Ridge in Nelson Lakes NP, one of my first missions in the south last winter. I was blessed with clear skies, a lack of wind, and some stunning low cloud rolling up through the valley. Just beyond epic!
